1. Overview

At Valley Golf Co., we take pride in delivering premium golf products designed to perform and elevate your game.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 


 

2. 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Items must be returned with original packaging and tags

Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 


 

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

Please include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 


 

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service for high-value items such as golf bags.

Valley Golf Co. is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

 


 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request:

Photographic evidence

A description of the issue

If confirmed as faulty, we will offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or

A full refund including shipping costs

 


 

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item (for example, a different colour hoodie), please:

  1. Return your original item

  2. Place a new order separately

This ensures stock availability and faster processing.

 


 

8. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Items showing signs of use

Items damaged by misuse

Gift cards (if applicable)

Any customised or personalised items (if introduced in future)

 


 

9. Limited Drops

Valley Golf Co. occasionally releases limited collections.

Returned items from limited releases are subject to the same 30-day policy, however replacements may not be available once stock has sold out.

 


 

10. Your Statutory Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, even if it is not faulty.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Our 30-day return window extends beyond this statutory period.
