We stand behind the craftsmanship and durability of our products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Valley Golf Co. provides warranty coverage.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 


 

1. Warranty Coverage

Valley Golf Co. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for warranty coverage:

Proof of purchase is required.

The product must have been purchased directly from Valley Golf Co. (via our website or authorised sales channels).

The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

We reserve the right to determine whether a defect is covered under this warranty.

 


 

2. What Is Covered

This warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects that occur under normal use, including:

Structural defects in golf bags

Faulty stitching

Zip or fastening failures

Hardware failure (buckles, straps, magnetic closures)

Manufacturing faults in headcovers

Material defects in caps and hoodies

If a product is deemed defective within the warranty period, we may, at our discretion:

Repair the product,

Replace the product (subject to availability), or

Issue a refund.

 


 

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear (including abrasions, fading, minor scuffs, or cosmetic ageing)

Rips, tears, or staining caused by use

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper storage, or accidents

Exposure to extreme weather conditions

Airline or travel damage

Modifications, alterations, or unauthorised repairs

Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

Lost or stolen items

Consumable components (unless due to manufacturing defect)

Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.

 


 

4. Limited Drops & Replacements

Valley Golf Co. occasionally releases limited collections.

If a warranty claim is approved but the product is no longer in stock:

A replacement may not be available.

We may offer a repair or refund at our discretion.

 


 

5. Warranty Service

If your product develops a defect within the 1-year warranty period, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

For approved warranty claims:

Repair or replacement decisions are made at our discretion.

Customers may be required to return the item for inspection.

Customers are responsible for providing suitable packaging when returning items.

If a claim is approved, Valley Golf Co. will cover standard return shipping within the UK.

 


 

6. How to File a Warranty Claim

Please include the following:

Full name

Email address

Order number

Product name

Description of the issue

Clear photographs (and video if helpful) showing the defect

Return shipping address

If the item was purchased through an authorised retailer, please include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Once received, our team will review your claim and respond in a timely manner. We may request additional information to properly assess the issue.

The final resolution of any claim is at the discretion of Valley Golf Co.

 


 

7. Policy Updates

This Warranty Policy may be updated from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your warranty coverage.

Any changes will be clearly communicated on this page.

 


 

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have additional legal rights.
